Medical Observation

Step 1

Before we ask for any patient information we must have the patients read and sign the enclosed consent form.

Step 2

Ask the patients to ask their doctors to obtain their weight, height, Date of Birth and Blood pressure.  

Step 3

1 - For those who are diagnosed Diabetic please get the blood reports of the glucose level and  Hemoglobulin A1C.

2 - For those who have fat in the blood (lipid panel) you must obtain a report of Lipid Panel including Triglycerides, Cholesterol, HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) and LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein)

3 - For those who have HBV (Hepatitis B) virus provide PCR testing (NAT) for HBV DNA to show the units in the blood

4 -  For those who have HCV (Hepatitis C) virus provide PCR testing (NAT) for HCV RNA to show the units in the blood 

5 - For those who have cancers please provide the latest CT scan reporting the status.

Step 4

Ask them to send the inform consent form in both languages, one for English and one for Vietnamese along with their first blood test to me at kieuhoang@raasnutritionals.com and then based on the results I will determine the dosage for them.

Sau đây là những bước cần thiết để tham gia quan sát y tế:

Bước 1:

Trước khi chúng ta yêu cầu bất kỳ thông tin của bệnh nhân, chúng ta phải yêu cầu bệnh nhân đọc và ký vào mẫu chấp thuận kèm theo.

Bước 2:

Yêu cầu bệnh nhân hỏi bác sĩ của họ để có được cân nặng, chiều cao, ngày sinh và chỉ số huyết áp.

Bước 3:

1 - Đối với những người được chẩn đoán mắc bệnh tiểu đường, xin vui lòng lấy các báo cáo thử máu về mức độ đường trong máu (glucose level  và Hemoglobulin A1C).

2 - Đối với những người có mỡ trong máu (bảng lipid), quý vị phải nhận được báo cáo về bảng lipid bao gồm Triglyceride, Cholesterol, HDL (High Density Lipoprotein và LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein)

3 - Đối với những người có bệnh Viêm gan B (HBV), xin cung cấp xét nghiệm PCR (NAT) cho HBV DNA có hiển thị các đơn vị trong máu.

4 - Đối với những người có bệnh Viêm gan C (HCV), xin cung cấp xét nghiệm PCR (NAT) cho HBV RNA có hiển thị các đơn vị trong máu.

5 - Đối với những người bị ung thư, xin vui lòng cung cấp CT scan mới nhất báo cáo tình trạng.

Bước 4:

Xin yêu cầu họ gửi mẫu chấp thuận bằng hai ngôn ngữ, một cho tiếng Anh và một cho tiếng Việt cùng với kết quả xét nghiệm máu đầu tiên của họ cho chúng tôi tại kieuhoang@raasnutritionals.com và sau đó chúng tôi dựa trên kết quả để xác định liều lượng thuốc cho họ.
